A Charming Venue with Room for Improvement

The venue exudes a charming atmosphere, ideal for events. During my Christmas party, the food was hot and well-presented. I recommend arriving early for better seating. Just be prepared for limited entertainment options. a more engaging experience would truly elevate this place!

The stunning Palladian frontage and well-maintained gardens provide a picturesque backdrop. Despite a wedding taking place, the standard room remained very quiet, which allowed for a peaceful stay. The staff demonstrated excellent hospitality, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. While the room was a bit small and required climbing two flights of stairs, it was comfortable and well-equipped, complete with a fan and a spacious bathroom.

Our stay in a luxury suite was mostly great! The room had beautiful decor and a lovely view of the gardens and river. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with gluten-free options. The staff were friendly and accommodating. the noise from a wedding party kept us up late, so be prepared for that!

I absolutely loved the elegant architecture of Colwick Hall Hotel. The spacious gardens are beautifully maintained, making for a delightful stroll, especially for seniors like myself. The overall atmosphere felt warm and inviting, enhancing my stay immensely.

Better signs for room locations would be helpful.

The stay was centered around enjoying the nearby racecourse, and despite a few hiccups with the room's comfort, the overall experience was positive. The Byron Suite we stayed in was impressively spacious, complete with large windows offering beautiful views of the gardens. The staff were particularly accommodating, making every effort to ensure our needs were met during our visit. Dining in the hotel was a highlight, with both breakfast and dinner exceeding expectations.

this hotel is super grand n elegant. the byron suite we stayed in was HUGE with big windows n comfy beds. breakfast was really nice and so was dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the location is great, especially if ur at the racecourse nearby. the gardens around the hotel are absolutely stunning too!

We stayed in the Admiral Horatio Nelson room, and wow, it was large and spacious! The bathroom was massive, and the shower was amazing. The TV felt a bit small for the size of the room, but honestly, we weren't there to watch TV anyway. Loved the comfy atmosphere overall!

Charming hotel, friendly staff, with free parking that made our arrival smooth and an inviting lounge area for relaxation after exploring the nearby country park and the beautiful surroundings.

Fantastic wedding venue!

We just had our daughter's wedding here and wow, what a place! The staff in the ballroom were super helpful and made the day so special. Food was delish too! Only trouble was at breakfast. it took forever and they ran out of orange juice. Otherwise, a lovely stay!

We had an incredible stay! The luxurious bathroom was amazing with a separate free-standing bath and massive shower. The stunning grounds were perfect for a romantic walk. The food was exceptional, especially the three-course dining experience.
